There are three types of UV radiation which are harmful to our skin. One of them though, UVC, is thankfully absorbed in our atmosphere so it is not a risk for us currently. The other two are a concern for us, UVB and UVA, these two can damage your collagen fibers and lead to the aging of your skin. They are also known to cause melanoma and other types of skin cancers.
